This New Original Painting is a 24” x 24” x 1.5” on canvas and is layered with deep moody hues and saturated in plums and magentas and teals. This year, my word is “Light-hearted”. And it is because I have spent ample amounts of time for the past few years pursuing a better version of myself and deep inside some chunky, grimy healing and disconnecting and reconnecting. Honestly its been a heavy couple of years… So this year, is more about embracing a lighter perspective. Seeing things with simplicity and joy, making my load that I carry lighter , and just being….

This painting is my first ode to that intention.
